All classes must be booked in advance through our online system, with payment required to confirm your spot. If you can’t make it to a class, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, as we’re unable to offer the space to someone else with such short notice.

To help create a focused and respectful environment, filming or taking photos during class is not permitted, unless prior permission is given by the instructor. We also ask that all clients are courteous and respectful toward instructors and fellow students. Pilates is a shared space — kindness, attentiveness, and a positive attitude go a long way.
